  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a muffin tray with coconut oil.
  3. Add dry premix to a large bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients and the premix, stirring well.
  6. Pour into muffin tray hollows (3/4 full) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container.
  8. Got any left over? Freeze them!
