Our salted caramel balls are a great way to satisfy your caramel craving! They’re also easy to make and are great as a snack or dessert. Maca is a superfood that helps balance your hormones and boost your thyroid system. Needless to say, once you pop, you can’t stop!

Try it like Tashy: Put bars or balls into the freezer and roll them in sesame seeds for a savoury touch.

Make it like Megs: Put balls or bars in the fridge for a chewy middle and roll in desiccated coconut and cinnamon.

  1. Combine all the premix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients to the premix.
  3. Shape into balls or bars using your hands. For bars, push the mix down into a square tin as thin or thick as you like and slice once set. For a soft, chewy texture place in the fridge, for a harder texture place in the freezer.
  4. Enjoy as an anytime treat or as a dinner party truffle!
