Blissful Banana Bread

This low-carb banana bread is packed with protein; an essential nutrient for growth and repair of muscles. It also stabilises blood levels and best of all, it helps your liver, making it the perfect babalaas cure.

Try it like Tashy: Serve sliced loaf warm with coconut yoghurt and topped with pecan nuts.

Make it like Megs: Serve sliced loaf warm with banana pieces and drizzled with almond butter and honey.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a loaf tin.
  3. Add dry premix to a large bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Combine wet ingredients and premix, stirring well.
  6. Pour into the tin and bake for 25-35 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  7. Leave to cool before removing from the tin and store in an airtight container.
